If you have a space where you'd like the class to take place (like your kitchen or workplace), I'm happy to come to you! Otherwise, we'll be using one of Bright Seed's partner teaching kitchens in Atlanta or Decatur.
I offer both group and one-on-one classes. Group classes are a wonderful way to have fun, create community, and learn new techniques. In one-on-one classes, we can focus more intensely on enhancing your technique or learning how to deal with specific dietary restrictions.
Sure! I'm well-versed in both classical techniques (pasta-making, pastry, knife skills, etc.) and holistic cuisine (vegan, gluten-free, heart-healthy eating, etc.) Look over the menu of classes below, or contact me to develop a customized class or series. Gift certificates are available.
Classes are usually two hours and begin at $200, with discounts offered for a series. Group classes begin at $60 per person with a minimum of four people. Classes will often include a meal at the end, which is a great way to cap off a party or event.
